We have a large shipment of seasonal live oysters, including rock oysters in the summer and Pacific oysters in the winter!
It varies depending on the season's oysters.
In the summer, we receive rock oysters from Nokita Fishing Port on the Itoshima Peninsula, and in the winter, we receive Pacific oysters from Usuka Fishing Port in Hirado City, so you can enjoy seasonal oysters every day.First, enjoy them as sashimi, then grilled, and fried! In every season, we source all our oysters alive using our own live fish transport truck, without using pre-made products or intermediaries. We then let them purge any sand in our dedicated oyster tanks in the restaurant for a full day before serving them!
